And, the COVID-19 pandemic accelerated gig economy growth even more, with a third of Canadians engaging in or creating side hustles. This insight gave RBC the opportunity to support and serve these SBOs by addressing their pain points, while offering innovative digital tools and solutions to help them manage the load.

Together, Cargo and RBC created impactful messaging that resonated with the target audience through thoughtfully crafted videos versioned for both English and French markets, digital display ads, print ads, and social media content.
